ACTINN SOLUTIONS may provide services to resellers, vendors, agencies, channel partners, and business solution providers. Resellers and vendors are responsible for: Their customers and end users Customer verification Obtaining appropriate consent Ensuring lawful messaging practices Maintaining accurate customer records Preventing spam and abuse Following WhatsApp/Meta policies Ensuring that their clients follow these Terms & Conditions A reseller or vendor must not represent *ACTINN SOLUTIONS* as providing unauthorized, unofficial, or guaranteed WhatsApp access. ACTINN SOLUTIONS may suspend reseller/vendor accounts if their activities create compliance, security, reputation, or platform risks.
